Our top needs are listed below, but please let us know if you have an interest in any area that you don’t see listed. Our Personnel Manager will be ready to help walk you through the process of applying for Full-time missionary member positions, Project Members or Mission Builders.
We have positions open in everything from office help to food services to maintenance. You will be placed in a working environment that suits your abilities and desires, helping us to meet our current service needs. You will have the opportunity to work alongside our long-term missionary members and develop meaningful relationships, gaining insight into full-time service. As a Mission Builder, you may serve for a term of 2 weeks to 3 months after which time we encourage you to consider becoming involved in one of our Discipleship Training Schools.

Kitchen
We believe that quailty and healthy food is as relevant to the Kingdom of God as any other resource in our organization. If you are interested in nutrition or culinary arts, the kitchen has a place for you.
Administration
Our Administration office supports the students and missionary members at YWAM Lakeside, as well as our Global Partners.
Critical Services
Areas like Facility Maintenance, Grounds Keeping, Carpentry, I.T., Facility Aesthetics, Construction, and Automotive/Transportation are looking for committed and inspired staff.
