Been traveling the past week, first of all to Scotland, to see my good friend John Buchan for two days. John is battling lung cancer and is currently receiving chemo. We had a wonderful time together sharing, praying, and rejoicing in all that the Lord has done and is doing. We are believing for total healing for John!

Then on to Bulgaria for the weekend. I am always amazed at all that the Lord is doing around the world. Sometimes we can get so myopic in our thoughts and experiences that we lose focus on what the Lord is doing across the globe. The same God that is encouraging you this morning has already been encouraging us here in Bulgaria for hours. He is working miraculously in the lives of people here. While their language is different, their fervency and passion is the same. It is the same enemy that is trying to hold them back and the same Holy Spirit that is giving them victory.

I met with a group of business owners on Sunday AM to encourage them in their call to the marketplace and then with the church Sunday evening celebrating all that the Lord was doing in their midst. So, as you awake this morning, remember that much of the stress and many of the struggles you are facing today are also being faced by many people across the globe. And as you pray for your concerns this morning, be sensitive to the Holy Spirit as to whether He would have you pray for someone in another nation. You can impact their lives without ever leaving the comfort of your own surroundings, because in the spirit, there is no distance. May His Kingdom come and His will be done where ever you are!
