In 1983 Joe was invited to take a full-time teaching position at Zion Bible Institute located in East Providence, RI. He became the pastor of Calvary Worship Center, now located in Holden, MA, in 1985. Joe continued to teach part-time at Zion as the school transitioned to a four-year college and graduate school now known as Northpoint Bible College and Graduate School located in Haverhill, MA. Joe continues to teach in the graduate school as an adjunct professor.

Joe has a B.S. from Southwestern A.G. College, a master of divinity degree from the A.G. Graduate School, as well as a doctor of divinity degree from Regent University.
