Nercy Figueroa is currently fulfilling her long-term call to missions by serving with Youth With A Mission, based in Sydney, Australia. She is part of the Sydney Island Breeze ministry. Originally from Worcester, Massachusetts, she is commissioned out of Calvary Worship Center in Holden, Massachusetts. During her two-year term, Nercy will participate in Island Breeze’s performing arts productions, staff discipleship training schools, and staff outreach missions to different Pacific islands, actively supporting ministries worldwide. Nercy will also help organize and staff camps for high-school students. Furthermore, she will help to manage the kitchen operations on base and participate in worship in the prayer room. Her overall mission is to help draw youth closer to God and equip disciples to spread His message globally.
