1. Foundations
(12 Weeks: August 25 to Thanksgiving)
- Wilderness Challenge 4-day wilderness trip with servant leadership training
- Community Living Host family immersion (cooking, budgeting, relational skills)
- Daily Curriculum
- Inward Spiritual disciplines
- Upward Theology & Scripture study
- Outward Evangelism practicum
- Practical Skills Growth trades, service and various practical skills training
2. Home Application
(6 Weeks: Thanksgiving to year end)
- Weekly Mentor Zoom check-ins
- Customized challenges (e.g., “Lead a Bible study with your family”)
- Fundraiser planning for oversees trip
3. Oversees Mission + Commissioning
(10 weeks: January to mid March)
- 6-week immersion: Village evangelism or infrastructure projects
- Post-trip Debrief Retreat
- Commissioning
