BIG SHOUT out to each of you who are doing amazing things in the midst of difficult and challenging times. As leaders, you have had to rethink, restructure, re-prioritize, adjust, learn new things, change thought patterns, all the while looking for the same outcomes but arriving at those outcomes from a totally different construct. For those who are following, it might seem like just minor adjustments in the way you are doing things. Yea, it is easy to work from home!!! But for those of you who are in the driver’s seat, it is as if the entire landscape has changed. You are in unfamiliar territory. You have been thrust here, not a as a choice on your part, but by an unseen force that has, in many ways, dictated how you will do things in this current environment.
Remember this! You have been placed where you are by the Lord for such a time as this. Rest assured, He has you where He has you because He knew He could depend on you to reach out to Him in this season to receive what you need to receive so that you can do what needs to be done. As a leader, others are looking to you to forge the way forward. Great leadership is forged in times of uncertainty. We are in a season where leaders are born and good leaders will become great leaders!
I have no clever words to encourage you, just the raw faith and belief that your life has been orchestrated by the Lord and He knows what He is doing in response to the enemy’s plan and strategy to kill, steal, and destroy. He has placed you where you are and He is with you and for you every step of the way. The hopes and dreams that you had for 2020 are not defeated! Hold fast, stay strong, be encouraged, and most importantly look to Him and He will give you all that you need. I am totally confident in that!!!
James says it this way – James 1:5-7 If you don’t know what you’re doing, pray to the Father. He loves to help. You’ll get his help, and won’t be condescended to when you ask for it. 6 Ask boldly, believingly, without a second thought. People who “worry their prayers” are like wind-whipped waves. 7 Don’t think you’re going to get anything from the Master that way, (THE MESSAGE)
Walk in the confidence knowing that He has you where He wants you and He is ready to give you what you need to do what needs to be done. Walk in that confidence! I believe in you, but even more so, I believe in Him who is in you!
