When faced with a choice of doing the easy thing or the right thing, always choose the right thing. Even though it may be harder, more humbling, more challenging, and even more humiliating depending on the circumstances, the results long term are much more bankable with greater returns when you do what is right.

It is easy to let our own inadequacy’s slide while pointing out the faults of others. It is a lot harder to face our own weaknesses and mistakes and acknowledge our need for growth. But my experience is that when you are brutally honest with yourself, especially in the presence of others, the respect that others have for you notably increases.

While doing the right thing is not always easy, it is always right!
