With a new year brings new vision, dreams, desires, the seeking of new things. What are you seeking this year? I am personally seeking a number of things from the Lord for 2014. There are some things that I really need to hear the Lord on and some key decisions I need to make. Jesus sums it up pretty well in Matt and while He is primarily speaking to the seeking of the things we have need of in everyday life, I think His wisdom applies to every area you and I will encounter in 2014.
Matt 6:33 Seek the Kingdom of God above all else, and live righteously, and he will give you everything you need. NLT. No matter what is in the forefront of your mind coming into this new year, seek His Kingdom first because in His Kingdom, there is no lack of anything. There is an abundance of everything you need, wisdom, grace, finances, love, direction, discernment, you name it, He got it and wants to give it to you. May 2014 be a year of seeking and receiving for you in every area of your life.
