“You are what you eat” is the by-line that has been used by nutritionist for years attempting to get us to monitor our input into our physical bodies more effectively. Obviously a diet of junk food only, will have a negative result on our physical health and physique.  While, we certainly know this is true for our physical body, it is also true for our spirit.  So the question becomes what are you feeding you spirit? May I suggest a diet that is heavy on His word as the more you are in the Word the more the Word is in you. And in today’s environment, His Word is needed to bring clarity to us as we respond to life’s choices, questions, and challenges.  Because you truly are what you eat!
