It is always good to look back on all that the Lord has done in our lives. It is equally exciting to reminisce about the ways that the Lord has chosen to use us and work through us. But I find that I can easily get off focus.......
Proverbs tells us in 18:21 that “Death and Life are in the power of the tongue.” We know that to be true and therefore we are very cautious about the things that we speak out loud. But what about your inner tongue or “self talk” as psychologist call it.
We just celebrated Memorial Day were we remember all those who have given their all for the sake of our country. We are forever indebted to every person who has served or is currently serving in the military.
Just show up! I was reading something some time ago that was talking about fame and how many people are looking for their 15 minutes of fame. They are hoping for that one big thing that will propel them into stardom for all to see how wonderful they really are.
